Hoja's reply!
Mulla Hojja had to endure mockery from many people in his life. Similarly, he had also ridiculed many people.
Amidst all this, some of his friends were jealous of Hojja. This was mainly because Hojja had a friendship with the King and was a frequent visitor to the palace.
One day, Hojja was walking through a busy crossroads. A man called out to Hojja and shouted loudly, "Hojja, there is a big feast happening at the palace!"
His intention was to let others hear that the King had not invited Hojja to the feast. Hojja, realizing this, quickly said, "So what is that to me?"
The man, realizing Hojja had dismissed it easily, continued his mockery, "The King is sending a messenger specifically to invite Hojja!"
Hojja gave a sharp retort to that as well: "So what is that to you?"
The people watched in astonishment as Hojja defeated his opponent with just two short phrases. Afterwards, the opponent, unable to say anything else, left the place in shame.
