Ramu got a promotion to a new position at his company's new office.
A one-month training period was required for the job.
On his last day in the old office, Ramu went to see the company director.
In the room, a large number of books were stacked on the table.
Ramu was asked to sit down. The director then started searching for a book.
After searching for a while, he handed a book to Ramu.
But Ramu refused it, saying, "Sir, I already have this book."
Later, when he told his friends about this, they gave various opinions:
1.It was disrespectful of Ramu not to take the book.
2. Ramu could have just taken the book and kept it on a shelf.
3. The director would not have known whether Ramu used the book or not.
4. Ramu could have taken the book and given it to someone else for free.
5. Let the director give it to someone else.
6. Ramu could have asked for a different book instead.
7. It was good that Ramu did not take a book he did not want.
Which of these answers seems more correct to you, based on your logic?
Answer: 4. Instead of ignoring the book that the director had spent time searching for, Ramu could have taken it and given it to someone else for free.
