How to get good eye health?
You can maintain good eye health by paying attention to various small things in daily life."
* When traveling in vehicles, strong wind blasts can cause scratches in the eyes or lead to allergies.
* Avoid letting the AC (Air Conditioner) breeze blow directly onto your face.
* Avoid heat styling your hair (hair heating).
* You should reduce or avoid hair dye, shampoo, and facial cosmetics/beauty products. Be careful not to let soap get into your eyes.
* Do not read lying down. Do not read leaning forward (bending down). Do not exert pressure on your eyes. Do not forcefully inflate anything like a balloon.
* If a foreign particle (dust/grit) enters your eye, do not rub it. Wash it out with water.
* On phones and digital screens, turn on the Eye Comfort (or Blue Light Filter) setting to eliminate blue light.
* Do not read with the screen brightness set too low or too high. Adjust it according to the light in the room.
* Avoid regular incandescent bulbs and CFLs (which emit radiation) and use LED bulbs.
* Avoid looking at laser lights.
* While taking videos or photos, do not use excessive bright light directed at the face to enhance the picture.

* Be careful not to let direct sunlight fall into your eyes. When out in the sun, using an umbrella with a silver coating on the inside can block harmful UV radiation.
* You can use cooling glasses (sunglasses) in the sun, but avoid using colored, fashionable glasses.
* Those performing jobs like welding, cutting, or tasks where dust may scatter should use Safety Glasses.
* Do not wash your eyes with chlorinated tap water (excessive bleaching). Avoid swimming in heavily chlorinated pool water.
* Do not play games where you tightly blindfold your eyes with a cloth. Avoid such competitions.
* Holding the phone pressed against your face while talking can cause radiation issues that may also be harmful to the eyes.
